ApplyForge Privacy Policy

The short version

ApplyForge collects nothing. We have no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. Your job targets, résumés, cover letters, and notes live in a local database on your device.

Data storage

All app data is stored on-device using Apple’s SwiftData. Your Anthropic API key is stored in the iOS Keychain and never written to the app database, logs, or any backup we control. Deleting the app deletes your data.

Network requests

The app makes exactly two kinds of network requests:

• Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com): when you use AI features (job discovery, résumé/cover-letter generation, refinement, profile structuring), the relevant materials are sent directly from your device to Anthropic using your own API key. This traffic is governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy. ACRA Insight never sees it.
• Apply-link verification:the app checks job-posting URLs you add (or discover) to confirm they’re reachable. These requests go only to those URLs.

What we never do

• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• No accounts, sign-ins, or cloud sync
• No selling, sharing, or transmitting of your data to ACRA Insight or anyone else

Exports

PDF and manifest exports are created on-device and shared only where you choose to send them via the iOS share sheet.
